Big Springs Community Church (BSCC) is a member congregation of the United Reformed Churches in North America (URCNA). We are located in Big Springs, Montague, California.
We are a congregation of believers who are united not by cultural practices, consumer preferences, or political parties, but by one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and one God the Father of all. Here, we don’t have a worship team, special effects, or a hip and funny pastor. Instead, we worship God with reverence and joy (Hebrews 12:28-29) only as God has commanded in Scripture (Deuteronomy 4:2; 12:32), all to the glory of God alone.
We are rooted in the 16th-century Protestant Reformation. A summary of the Reformed faith teaches that: (1) Salvation is by grace alone (Sola Gratia); (2) through faith alone (Sola Fide); (3) in Christ alone (Solus Christus); (4), grounded in the Bible alone (Sola Scriptura); and (5) to God’s glory alone (Soli Deo Gloria).
